A much needed resource and advice centre open daily to people with learning disabilities where people attending are encouraged to improve their Independent Living Skills

Posh Nosh Café where participants can prepare and cook the meals for our Tuesday and Thursday Lunch Clubs, this includes training on all aspects of catering including shopping, budgeting, preparation and kitchen cleanliness.
Opportunity to participate in one of the many Community Based Activities activities on offer daily
This has now become a popular eating place for everyone.
Customers are treated to a variety of freshly cooked meals.
Participants recently cooked a christmas lunch for several guests.
5 people involved as volunteers on major renovation work in the Kingstanding area of Birmingham.
4 of our men have been involved in renovating and converting a house in kingstanding into a convent. They have learnt many new skills and have been able to work alongside proffesional tradesmen.
Paul, Robert, Stephen and Michael worked with the sisters and the parish priest stripping walls, removing tiles, cleaning new windows and removing carpets. The whole experience has been enlightening to say the least!!

The project is much bigger than they have previousley undertaken. but they worked very well and assissted with all clearing, preparation and stripping. Each person has gained many new skills and are looking forward to their next new experience.
